1: Originality & Eligibility:
- The competition is open for Indian nationals only
- All entries must be solely created by the artist. AI-generated works, replicas, or reproductions will not be considered.
- Artists must mention if the artwork has been or will be part of any other exhibition or contest.

2: Submission Rules:
- Maximum two entries per artist are accepted. The artist can participate in more than one category.
- An entry may include one artwork or a series of up to four artworks under the same project. Multi-panel works will be treated as a single entry, with total dimensions not exceeding 4 ft × 4 ft.
- Entries must be submitted via the official online form.
- Incomplete entries or missing required details, images, or payment receipts will be automatically disqualified.

3: Jury & Selection:
- A jury panel will review entries.
- Decisions are final and binding; no disputes will be entertained.
- Shortlisted artists will be contacted via email at least 3 weeks before the exhibition.
- Artists must respond within 3-5 working days of notification to confirm participation.

4: Shipping & Insurance:
- Selected artworks must be received by the deadline; late submissions will not be displayed.
- Shipping before and after the show is the artist’s responsibility.
- Kanan-The Art Space will exercise reasonable care but please note that the organiser will not be responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Artists are responsible for the insurance of their works

5: Exhibition & Promotion Rights:
- By submitting entries, artists grant Kanan-The Art Space the right to exhibit, photograph, and promote their work on the organisation’s platforms.
- All display arrangements are decided solely by the organizers.

6: Sale of Artwork:
- Artists must state the sale price of their artwork; a 35% commission will be retained by Kanan – The Art Space on all sales.

7: General Terms:
- By submitting, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions.
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend any term, valid only if confirmed in writing.
- Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, India.
- Participants may receive preference for representation on www.kanantheartspace.com without undergoing another jury process.
- For guidance or queries, the Art Echo team will contact artists to provide assistance during submission.
